Our Infrastructure:-

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to produce up to 50,000 units of Yunadent per month. We are proud to be certified for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by the Department of Ayurveda, Ajmer (Government of Rajasthan), under the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH.

To ensure the highest standards, our in-house laboratory is fully equipped to test all raw materials and finished goods. This process is overseen by our qualified Quality Control in-charge, a certified BAMS Vaid (Ayurvedic Doctor).

We believe in harnessing the power of nature. Yunadent is crafted using meticulous, natural processes such as the solar drying of herbs, gravity grading, cleaning, cold pulverizing, and auger-filling for packaging. This gentle approach preserves the potency of the ingredients, ensuring superior results.

Our 2,000 sq. ft. core manufacturing area is strategically designed to prevent any contamination, maintaining product purity from the arrival of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods.
